What Is the Children Policy?

• Children under 2 years old can enter for free but must sit on an adult's lap. Each adult must have a valid ticket, and only one child per adult is allowed.
  
  

Are Food and Beverages Available in the Stadium?

•  Yes, food and beverages are available at the stadium.
  
  

Are Tickets Required for the POD?

• If you have a pod card, you do not need a separate ticket to access the venue. POD seat location depends on the venue.
  
  

I Booked Seats in the Wrong Section, What Do I Do?

•  If you booked seats in the wrong section, your request for changes will go through an approval process for verification by the event organizer.
  
  

Can I Get a Refund?

•  Refund requests are strictly forbidden.
  
  

I Did Not Receive My Tickets in My Registered Email, What Can I Do?

•  If you haven't received your tickets via email, you should send your full name, phone number, and registered email address to PlatinumList Customer Support Team. This will allow the team to track your order and find out why the confirmation email wasn't received.

How many tickets can I buy?

• There will be a strict limit of 10 tickets per order per person. This restriction is in place in order to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets. The whole party must arrive at the same time as the Lead Purchaser holding the tickets matching their valid photo ID.
  
  

We want to go as a bigger group/family?

• You will have to try to complete another order with another Lead Purchaser name and card as each person is allowed a max of 10 tickets.

What are the entry requirements?

• To gain access to the concert you are required to download the Platinumlist App from IOS or Playstore.
  The tickets will be available only in the App with Dynamic QR code.
  
  

I can’t access my ticket(s)?

• Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation.
  Access to tickets will be only through the Platinumlist App.

• Log in to your Platinumlist App account using the same method you used when purchasing the ticket.

When will we receive our tickets? Dynamic QR Code

• Your ticket(s) will become available as a ‘dynamic QR code’ within the Platinumlist app. For your protection the app prevents screenshots of the QR code. Please refer to your confirmation email for information

Are cameras allowed?

• Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden and will not be allowed inside the venue. Personal use cameras and smart- phone cameras are fine. No camera drop-off is available at the venue

How early should we turn up?

• Please check Platinumlist website for gates opening times and do allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the event.
