The seats are not located as it shows in the app. The seats shows we supposed to be on the first of the row, when we reached the seats were in the middle!!!
When we reached the seat , there were some other people sitting there, and what is worse is when we managed to take our seats, the club fans (DNA purple) were around taking all the seats around us without booking the seats!!! And they were standing all the time which made our experience very unpleasant we couldn’t watch the match!! Then we moved to other seats but still some of these people waving the flags which still didn’t make our experience feel good.
I think this is the last time I purchase tickets for the game, I prefer to watch it in TV instead.
For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask all guests to ensure prohibited items are not brought to the stadium. Confiscated items will not be returned.
